I started my career after attending CVCC Sports Medicine Exercise Science course in high school. I believes fitness should be personal, sustainable, and fun. Above all, I love helping people. Fitness is personal, and I create workouts that are tailored to your goals. My focus is on making progress, not perfection, and helping you build habits that last. Seeing you grow stronger and more confident is what motivates me every day. In my free time I enjoy working out, reading, and spending time with my cats and friends.
