Brendan is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Youngstown State University. Originally from Youngstown, Ohio, Brendan developed a strong foundation in athletics through years of playing hockey, golf, and soccer. His passion for fitness grew from his athletic background and deepened through his commitment to resistance training and healthy living.
Brendan is dedicated to helping individuals reach their full potential—whether they’re just starting out or looking to elevate their current fitness level. He thrives on guiding clients through sustainable, goal-driven programs and finds true fulfillment in seeing others progress on their health and fitness journeys.
